Return Policy
We are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly help you to exchange or return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items that are defective or damaged in shipping may be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for an exchange of the same item. Whackfactor Outdoors will credit all reasonable and customary return shipping charges for products that arrive damaged or defective. We inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or defective.
All Other Items
Unopened DVDs purchased from Whackfactor Outdoors may be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for full refund, minus cost of shipping. Buyer responsible for return shipment costs.
Please call 1-804-994-4898 for authorization of all returns. All returns must be shipped back with your original packing slip and a return form. Refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same credit card. Refunds for purchases made from a PayPal account will be credited back to the same PayPal account. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by check. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of refund or exchange.

If your return is shipped after 14 days of receipt of shipment or without an original packing slip or return form, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you. Whackfactor Outdoors reserves the right to deny any return.
